1. Handmade Excellence Every piece from 5521 Studio is meticulously handcrafted. Due to the nature of handmade production, slight variations may occur between the product and the images, which is the charm of a handmade piece.

2. Sizing Guide We offer two sizes for you to choose from. Please measure your head circumference accurately before ordering to ensure a perfect fit (fits up to 58cm).

3. Shipping & Delivery We offer Free Worldwide Shipping at a flat rate of $55.21. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for real-time shipment tracking. Most countries and regions can expect delivery within 7-15 business days.

4. Customs & Import Taxes The price includes international shipping but excludes potential import duties or taxes imposed by your country (e.g., Canada, UK, and EU regions). These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Return Policy & Buyer's Obligations Due to the bespoke nature of our handmade items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for personal preference, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If a return is agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for the following:

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all international return shipping costs to China.

Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Any promotional gifts or inclusions (such as thank-you cards, accessories, etc.) must be returned together.

Loss in Value: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is damaged or lost during return transit, or if items are not returned in their original condition.
