Artisanal Nature of Our Work Every piece from 5521 is a handcrafted work of art. Due to the unique nature of our specialized fabrics and artisanal processes, slight variations in texture or color are not defects, but rather a part of the piece’s soul and individual character.

14-Day Return Window We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility & Condition To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and unwashed, and in its original packaging (including the cotton bag and the hand-signed art tag). Please ensure all artisanal accessories are included, as they are part of the artwork.

Return Process To start a return, you can contact us at gogogo5521@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Costs Please note that as a small independent studio, we do not cover return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning the item to China. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
