5521 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time As every hat is carefully inspected and hand-packaged by the artist, please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way.

2. Shipping Origins & Carriers All orders are shipped from our studio in China. We primarily use Yanwen Express (in partnership with international postal networks) to provide reliable global delivery.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Major Destinations (UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.): Approximately 7-15 business days.

Other International Destinations: Approximately 15-30 business days.

Please Note: While most packages arrive within the 7-15 day window, delivery to certain remote regions or countries with complex customs procedures may take longer. We appreciate your patience as your handcrafted piece travels across the world.

4. Tracking Your Order A tracking link will be provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can track your package via the Yanwen website or your local postal service's tracking portal once the item enters your country.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes 5521 is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages 5521 is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at gogogo5521@outlook.com and we will assist you in coordinating with the carrier.
